2. When you visit the website
This website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When a page is requested, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, the address requested, browser type and operating system, in order to deliver the page and protect the infrastructure against attacks.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website). For transfers to the USA, Cloudflare relies on standard contractual clauses and certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
4. Only with your consent: Google Analytics
If you consent, Google Analytics 4 is loaded (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). It records the pages you visit, time on page, approximate region, device type and browser, and the source through which you reached the website. The IP address is processed in truncated form.
Without your consent the script is not loaded at all; no data is collected and nothing is transmitted to Google. No advertising cookies are used. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
Event data is deleted after 14 months.
Transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out; for this Google relies on standard contractual clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
5. Contact form and email
When you use the contact form, your first and last name, email address, message and — if provided — your phone number are processed in order to answer your enquiry. Sending is handled by the service FormSubmit, which forwards the form data as an email.
Provider: FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). Processing countries: ABD / AB. Transfer safeguards: Standart sözleşme maddeleri.
Emails sent to [email protected] are forwarded via Cloudflare Email Routing to a Gmail mailbox. Message content, sender and recipient addresses and technical email data are processed by these services for the purposes of delivery and storage.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
6. WhatsApp and social media links
This website contains links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Instagram. They are plain links — no content from these services is embedded, and simply loading the page transmits no data to them. Only when you click a link do the privacy terms of the respective provider apply.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
To exercise these rights, a message to [email protected] is enough.
Independently of this, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — usually the authority where you live or where the alleged infringement took place.

The website is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS. This notice is updated whenever the services used or the purposes of processing change; the date of the last change is shown above.
